📋 Description

• Analyze pharmacy claims, medical data, provider prescribing patterns, utilization trends, and client-specific priorities • Develop, document, and execute evidence-based academic detailing strategies • Deliver customized prescriber education through provider-facing channels • Use Evernorth analytic tools and reporting resources to improve targeting • Provide provider-facing recommendations related to medication therapy opportunities • Partner with clients, account teams, clinical subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives • Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activity, provider feedback, intervention status • Contribute to staff meetings, quality workgroups, client discussions, and departmental initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Current pharmacist license required • relevant PBM, managed care, health plan, provider engagement, or clinical program experience preferred • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to interpret medication therapy, prescribing patterns, utilization trends, quality metrics, and evidence-based guidelines • Experience using claims data, reporting tools, dashboards, or analytic platforms to identify opportunities, support decision-making, and measure outcomes • Client management, consultative communication, or provider-facing education experience preferred • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills • Strong project management skills • Demonstrated collaboration, leadership, accountability, and commitment to service excellence • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn and effectively use internal reporting, documentation, and analytic tools • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
