📋 Description

• Lead the Data Architecture function and own the scalable, flexible, enterprise-agnostic data model underpinning the enterprise medallion architecture • Set architectural direction, standards, and reference models for Data Engineering and Analysis teams • Direct ingestion, structuring, and layering strategy with IT and Data Engineering • Own end-to-end solution architecture connecting data and digital product capabilities to centralized medallion architecture models • Design reusable, scalable solution blueprints and reference patterns • Translate architectural intent into buildable, production-ready solution designs • Apply AI and automation across modeling and solutioning to reduce modeling cycle time • Refactor bespoke solutions onto centralized, agnostic Silver-layer sources • Establish repeatable patterns and accelerators for production-ready assets • Integrate data and digital product solutions onto shared, reusable sources • Partner with Digital Product and Analytics teams to embed AI and automation into product workflows • Ensure solutions are reusable across multiple use cases • Centralize AI-assisted modeling patterns, templates, and reusable components • Establish standards for data architecture, solution design, AI, and automation • Enable Data Engineering and Analysis teams to adopt architectural patterns and automation accelerators

🎯 Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in data architecture, solution architecture, data modeling, data/analytics solution delivery, automation, or applied AI within an enterprise data environment • Demonstrated experience leading a data architecture function and designing scalable, enterprise-agnostic data models • Demonstrated experience designing and industrializing bespoke or prototype solutions into reusable, production-ready assets • Strong knowledge of medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold), reusable modeling, and enterprise-agnostic data design • Hands-on understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated code evaluation, and controlled promotion to production • Proven ability to apply AI and automation to accelerate modeling, integration, and solutioning while preserving quality and governance • Strong communication, influencing, and change leadership skills • Experience in complex, regulated enterprises preferred • Home internet connection obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider, with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload, when working from home
