📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls from patients and learn about their medical history and fertility challenges • Collaborate with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications • Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up • Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details • Escalate complex claims to the appropriate team • Perform data entry and enter prescriptions into the system • Process prescription claims accurately so medications are dispensed accurately • Juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail • Participate in special projects and perform other duties related to specific contract performance • Work Monday–Friday 12:30pm–9:00pm Eastern time, with rotating weekend shifts • Complete six weeks of training Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm Eastern time

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 1+ years of relevant experience as a technician • Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification required • Valid Arizona or Massachusetts pharmacy technician license required • 1+ year(s) of call center experience preferred • Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask in both PC/Phone related tasks • Ability to work effectively and foster teamwork • Demonstrated ownership of projects and responsibility for building strong working relationships with colleagues and customers • Results oriented; demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet deadlines • Must reside within Arizona, Massachusetts, or Illinois • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
