📋 Description

• Advise senior leadership on enterprise identity platform strategy and modernization priorities • Develop and recommend identity roadmaps and capability prioritization across authentication, access, registration, identity proofing, trusted devices, fraud posture, and delegation • Shape funding proposals, prioritization recommendations, and executive reporting for enterprise investment decisions • Evaluate platform gaps, technology trends, and emerging threats • Advance adoption of passkeys, adaptive MFA, alternate MFA, and streamlined account recovery • Shape fraud prevention and identity proofing strategy to reduce password and SMS OTP reliance, improve login success, and reduce support demand • Partner with Personalization, Customer 360/profile, analytics, and enablement teams to make identity signals reusable for personalized, governed experiences • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and digital product teams on scalable, resilient, enterprise-aligned solutions • Support federation and SSO modernization and scalable access governance • Develop strategy recommendations for AI-agent access, agent identity, human-to-agent delegation, credentialing, and human approval workflows • Define reusable digital delegation and caregiver access services • Lead pilots, value-proposition development, and success measurement for future-state care, pharmacy, and agentic engagement identity capabilities • Surface governance, consent, and policy decisions requiring leadership alignment • Lead highly visible cross-functional identity initiatives • Influence stakeholders to drive alignment, prioritization, and adoption • Serve as a trusted advisor and identity subject matter expert • Translate complex business, security, and technical needs into product strategies, roadmap recommendations, and executive narratives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Strategy/Management, Identity & Access Management, digital platforms, security technology, or related fields • Track record developing enterprise product strategies, roadmaps, investment narratives, and executive recommendations • Hands-on familiarity with registration, login, MFA, passkeys, account recovery, identity proofing, fraud controls, federation, SSO, and delegated access • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization without direct authority • Ability to translate business, security, and technical needs into measurable outcomes • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload when working at home • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, benefits, or regulated ecosystems where identity, consent, privacy, and access governance are critical (preferred) • Familiarity with modern federation, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, token security, identity orchestration, adaptive authentication, or passwordless/passkey capabilities (preferred) • Exposure to AI-agent governance, delegated authority, lifecycle/traceability concepts, and caregiver/proxy/authorized-representative access models (preferred) • Experience partnering with personalization, customer-data, or content platforms to deliver reusable, shared-service capabilities (preferred)
