📋 Description

• Define strategic intent, scope, target outcomes, risks, benefits, and product or capability strategy • Assess current-state capabilities, workflows, systems, and operating models; identify gaps and define future-state business capabilities • Lead cross-functional impact assessments and prioritize opportunities against the portfolio and roadmap • Develop lean business cases covering strategic alignment, operational impacts, dependencies, risks, implementation considerations, and success measures • Translate opportunities into actionable plans with sponsorship, funding, requirements, milestones, and success measures • Lead integration, implementation, and optimization of Epic Payer Platform and other EHR/interoperability capabilities • Partner with business, clinical, product, technology, and delivery teams to improve workflows and ensure privacy, security, regulatory, and architecture alignment • Develop implementation, market readiness, and adoption strategies • Provide oversight from solution design through operational adoption, managing dependencies, escalations, and delivery risks • Communicate priorities, decisions, progress, risks, and project synergies to stakeholders and leadership • Lead and influence teams in direct and matrixed environments

🎯 Requirements

• Six or more years of experience in program management, business architecture, product strategy, business analysis, healthcare technology, or a related field • Strong business acumen and ability to learn business, clinical, regulatory, and technology domains • Ability to lead through influence and build alignment across diverse stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Ability to travel up to 10% • Experience in a healthcare payer, provider, or healthcare technology organization • Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, or athenahealth • Experience with process modeling tools such as IBM Blueworks Live or Microsoft Visio • Agile or project management certification • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload if working at home • Bachelor's degree is preferred; advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, or MPH is a plus
