📋 Description

• Perform electrical takeoffs for residential and commercial projects. • Creation of design and engineering documentation for electrical systems implementation in high end residences and light commercial applications • Understand design software (ideally AutoCAD, D-Tools, Planswift) • Deep understanding of electrical systems, NEC, load calculations, engineering circuits & distribution systems • Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Design/Layout/Drafting and proposal creation for residential electrical systems using tools such as CAD & Revit (Ideally) • A steady work history (3yrs between hops) • A pleasant disposition, High EQ • Experience designing electrical systems for residential and commercial projects • Strong working knowledge of the NEC • Experience producing electrical drawings and construction documentation • Experience with AV or low-voltage distribution layouts (Preferred) • Familiarity with residential construction, commercial tenant improvements, service upgrades, and electrical permitting requirements
