📋 Description

• Own the Experimentation-Harness function for ALX’s AI learning platform • Instrument AI products in partnership with the LLMOps Engineer • Build a repeatable pipeline of beta learners by engaging internal teams • Own the experiment loop, including maintaining an uncertainty backlog, designing experiments, and measuring cycle time • Run ongoing beta tests and recruit and coordinate real users • Review data and capture UX and learning validation • Ship product improvements and launch the next proof of concept • Wrangle stakeholders and close the loop between experimentation and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running product experimentation end-to-end: hypothesis, instrumentation, and decision • Experience with A/B testing or structured product testing on a live product • Technical fluency to discuss product instrumentation, read AI-evaluation results, and collaborate effectively with engineers • Ability to recruit and coordinate real users • Experience running a beta programme • Ability to coordinate and manage stakeholders • Scientific mindset and understanding of what experiments can and cannot conclude • Drive and work ethic to succeed in small physical teams and larger virtual efforts • Self-drive to communicate constantly using web collaboration and video conferencing • Desirable (not required): hands-on evaluation or analytics skills • Desirable (not required): EdTech experience • Preferred time zone: GMT+2
