📋 Description

• Own the solution architecture for the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud implementation • Translate business and regulatory requirements into identity governance designs covering identity lifecycle, access requests, certification, segregation of duties, and privileged access workflows • Lead technical design and configuration of Saviynt components, connectors, integrations, roles, entitlements, analytics, rules, workflows, and reporting • Gather requirements and drive governance policy and design decisions with business stakeholders, application owners, security teams, audit, and compliance functions • Engage directly with Japanese-speaking stakeholders • Provide technical leadership to the delivery team • Review configuration and code and define integration patterns and standards • Support testing, cutover, and troubleshooting across the identity stack • Produce architecture documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials • Define the target operating model for identity governance with the client’s security organization • Establish role ownership, certification cadence, exception handling, and responsibilities between central security and application teams • Support audit readiness by ensuring governance evidence, certification records, and policy enforcement are demonstrable to auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial hands-on experience architecting and implementing Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration solutions • Experience with Saviynt connector development, workflow and rule configuration, and role and entitlement design • Professional working proficiency in Japanese for technical and business discussions with native-speaking stakeholders • Professional English proficiency • Strong knowledge of identity and access management, including lifecycle management, RBAC, access certification, segregation of duties, and privileged access • Practical integration experience with enterprise directories, HR systems, cloud platforms, and business applications • Experience using REST, SOAP, SCIM, LDAP, and SAML or OIDC • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the engagement • Saviynt certification preferred • Experience migrating from SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, or comparable identity provisioning platforms preferred • Experience in regulated industries with SOX, GDPR, or similar compliance obligations highly valued • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP advantageous • Scripting or development capability in Java, Python, or JavaScript advantageous • Prior client-facing consulting experience advantageous • Experience delivering IGA programmes across multiple geographies and regulatory regimes highly valued • Familiarity with Japanese data protection and internal control expectations advantageous • Prior lead or principal architect experience advantageous • Experience mentoring less experienced identity engineers advantageous
