• The Quality Assurance & Field Auditor serves as an independent operational auditor responsible for evaluating station performance across all TFG Aviation companies and service lines. • Conduct announced and unannounced operational audits at assigned stations. • Evaluate station performance using standardized audit tools and scoring methodologies. • Perform comprehensive assessments across all operational departments and lines of business. • Validate operational execution against company standards and customer expectations. • Prepare comprehensive audit reports following each station visit. • Partner with operational leaders to improve station performance. • Identify operational risks and escalate significant findings immediately to Service Delivery Leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Safety, or related field, or equivalent operational experience. • Minimum 5 years of aviation operations leadership experience. • Experience managing airport operations across multiple service lines. • Strong understanding of TSA, FAA, OSHA, and airport regulatory requirements. • Experience conducting operational inspections, audits, or compliance reviews. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Valid driver's license. • Ability to obtain and maintain all required airport badges and security clearances. • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
