📋 Description

• Perform targeted medical record reviews to monitor compliance with defined AHRQ Patient Safety Indicators • Work closely with various clinical departments to identify opportunities for clinical quality improvement • Utilize educational theories and principles to foster educational development of staff • Communicate effectively with team members for upcoming meetings and prepare for those meetings • Analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate results to key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting providing direct patient care • Minimum 2 years in a healthcare setting with focus in quality and process improvement • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) • Previous experience working in a Quality Management Department in a healthcare setting preferred • Understanding of how medical center departments interact to support patient care and operations preferred • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously preferred • Ability to work with variety of staff preferred
