📋 Description

• Analyze work produced for errors. • Monitors transactions to ensure compliance against performance standards. • Partners with team peers, collaborating on areas of opportunity that have been identified. • Interacts with work leaders, supervisors and managers. • Detects, analyzes and reports fraudulent activities. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Experience working Administration or Insurance required. • Quality Assurance experience with Medicaid or Insurance preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word • Exceptional attention to detail • Exceptional time management abilities • Excellent communication skills • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
