📋 Description
• Provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms • Handle cases efficiently and effectively within the specified deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ litigation paralegal experience • Employment Litigation experience a plus • Federal experience a plus • Case management and organization • First-draft drafting of substantive docs (MSJ; Responses in Opposition, etc.) • Scheduling / filing / client communications • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter and able to work independently
