📋 Description

• Handle probate litigation and estate-related disputes • Assist with probate administration matters and related proceedings • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents • Review case files and assist with litigation strategy • Support active matters from inception through resolution • Attend hearings and court appearances as needed • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure cases progress efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida • Located in South Florida or willing to attend in-person hearings as needed • Minimum of 5+ years of probate and litigation experience • Probate litigation experience strongly preferred; general litigation experience will also be considered if accompanied by significant probate experience • Experience with estate planning and/or guardianship matters is a plus, but not required • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
