• Provide support on family law and business litigation matters • Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda • Assist with case strategy, analysis, and litigation planning • Review case files and help move matters forward efficiently • Support hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation activities as needed • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and legal teams when appropriate
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of California • Minimum of 5+ years of family law experience • Business litigation experience strongly preferred • Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and case management • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
