📋 Description

• Manage and support active family law litigation matters from inception through resolution • Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and other family law documents • Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and other court proceedings as needed • Review case files and ensure matters progress efficiently • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the legal team throughout the litigation process

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida • Located in South Florida and available for in-person hearings and court appearances as needed • Minimum of 5+ years of Florida family law litigation experience • Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, hearings, and mediations • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters independently • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines • Self-starter with excellent communication and client management skills
