📋 Description
• Provide remote, on-demand support for short-term and long-term legal projects • Assist in various legal tasks as requested by clients
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Florida Medical Malpractice Paralegal • Full understanding of FL medical malpractice law and process • Discovery/response experience • Strong drafting experience • Proactive case managment/calendaring/e-filing experience • Communicating with all parties/courts/strong follow-up • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter and able to work independently
