📋 Description

• Provide remote, on-demand litigation paralegal support for client law firms • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents • Manage cases and move matters forward independently • Handle court filings, calendaring, and deadline management • Manage multiple active cases and prioritize assignments • Participate in a 30-minute online meeting regarding The Freelance Firm and the opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience • Strong litigation experience; experience in any litigation practice area will be considered • Excellent drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents • Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and deadlines • Experience managing cases and moving matters forward independently • Strong organizational and case management skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Experience with court filings, calendaring, and deadline management • Ability to handle multiple active cases and prioritize assignments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly dependable, accountable, and reliable • Strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision • Must be available for at least 35 hours per week • Interested in a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a full-time employee • Experience in real estate litigation, landlord/tenant matters, business litigation, or probate administration is a plus, but not required
