📋 Description

• Provide litigation support on Pennsylvania personal injury matters • Prepare trial-related documents, including motions in limine, trial briefs, jury instructions/questions, and other pre-trial motions • Draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents • Conduct legal research and assist with trial strategy • Assist with trial preparation and active litigation matters • Collaborate with attorneys to ensure cases are prepared for upcoming trials

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania • Minimum of 5+ years of Pennsylvania personal injury litigation experience • Extensive trial preparation and litigation experience • Strong drafting skills, particularly for pre-trial motions and briefs • Excellent legal research and analytical skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines • Self-starter who can work independently
