📋 Description

• Provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms • Collaborate with clients on Florida probate matters • Manage cases efficiently and maintain high-level professional communication

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Probate Paralegal with direct experience in Florida probate matters • Strong understanding of Florida probate procedures and processes • Experience drafting probate documents, including petitions, pleadings, inventories, and accountings • Ability to manage probate matters from start to finish • Strong client communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to meet deadlines and move cases forward efficiently • Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently • Proactive and professional communication skills
