• Analyze and evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage and appropriate settlement amounts. • Review insurance policies to accurately interpret coverage terms and conditions. • Negotiate claims settlements effectively, ensuring resolutions are fair, timely, and consistent with company standards. • Maintain comprehensive and precise claim documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. • Process incoming claims, making necessary adjustments and recommendations based on findings. • Communicate professionally with landlords, tenants, internal stakeholders, and other relevant parties, addressing inquiries promptly and clearly. • Support legal processes including document preparation, analysis, and regulatory compliance activities. • Manage workload proactively to meet productivity targets and turnaround time expectations. • Identify opportunities to improve claims workflows, documentation practices, or operational efficiency. • Perform other role-related responsibilities as assigned and aligned with business needs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to evaluate complex claims information and reach sound conclusions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of work, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, regulated environment. • High attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy and compliance. • Nice to Haves • Prior experience in insurance claims adjustment or a related insurance role. • Experience working in a high-growth, regulated, or insurtech environment. • Familiarity with claims management systems, policy administration platforms, or related insurance technology tools. • Experience with property and casualty insurance products, lease guarantee products, or landlord/tenant claims. • Additional education, certification, or training in insurance, risk management, or a related field (e.g., CPCU, AIC, or similar). • Prior experience supporting legal or compliance processes related to claims.
