📋 Description
• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items in assigned territory • Ensure flawless retail execution of sales and merchandising plans with various retailers • Achieve merchandising objectives through effective use of displays • Report weekly activities, expenses, and account changes • Use tablets to report daily activities upon completion
🎯 Requirements
• Valid US state issued driver’s license • Personal vehicle in sound operating condition • Personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage • Reside or be willing to commute within the specified territory boundaries • Ability to drive long distances for multiple sales calls daily • Ability to lift 10-40 lbs. regularly • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently • Proficient with tablet technology • Daily access to wireless internet • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage • Availability to work 20-25 hours per week
