📋 Description

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of Hershey Items in assigned territory • Ensure flawless retail execution of Sales and Merchandising Plans with retailers • Achieve all merchandising objectives using Permanent Secondary Displays • Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, and promotions • Complete daily activity reporting using tablets

🎯 Requirements

• Valid US state issued driver’s license • Personal vehicle in sound operating condition • Minimum auto insurance coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage • Willingness to commute within designated territory • Ability to drive long distances for sales calls • Ability to lift 10-40 lbs regularly • Ability to bend, kneel, and demonstrate manual dexterity • Use of tablet technology • Daily access to wireless internet • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage • Availability to work 20-25 hours per week
