📋 Description

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from problem definition through recommendation and execution • Partner with senior leaders across the enterprise to shape and advance Hershey’s strategic priorities • Conduct complex analyses, develop data-driven insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations • Support the development and execution of Hershey’s multi-year strategic plan • Influence executive decision-making through compelling storytelling, business cases, and leadership presentations • Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a consultative thought partner across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, consumer packaged goods, commercial, growth, or related business functions • Proven experience leading strategic and data-driven recommendations in a complex business environment • Strong business acumen with understanding of financial metrics and key business drivers • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders • Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating complex concepts clearly • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.
