📋 Description

• Lead forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning for designated functional areas • Coordinate stakeholders to validate, synchronize, and document financial assumptions • Conduct financial performance assessments, variance evaluations, and KPI monitoring • Translate complex data into executive-level narratives covering risks, opportunities, and recommended actions • Develop and maintain financial models and business cases for investment decisions, strategic initiatives, and scenario analyses • Assess financial impacts and trade-offs and recommend actions supporting cost efficiency and growth • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior functional leaders • Improve understanding of financial implications, forecast accuracy, and accountability • Lead innovations in FP&A reporting, automation, and related processes • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration for implementation and adoption of optimized solutions • Lead Strategic Planning processes, maintain supporting models, and prepare presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors • Drive capital allocation strategies and enhancements • Partner with M&A teams to provide strategic insights for pipeline deals nearing completion • Work cross-functionally with the Board of Directors, business leaders, and business partners

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive financial experience for Senior Manager level, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry • Demonstrated involvement in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including due diligence and integration phases • Proficiency with SAP financial systems • Proficiency with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools • Strong expertise in financial reporting and analysis • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and manipulation of large datasets • Experience with Alteryx and Tableau • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field is required
