📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the People team • Develop and drive the organization’s overarching global People and Culture vision • Oversee large-scale internal system and process optimization across all People functions • Ensure compliance with best practices for both U.S. and global employees • Serve as the top-level expert on multi-jurisdictional employment matters • Cultivate a high-accountability, high-agency environment promoting mutual understanding and continuous growth • Champion Equal Employment Opportunity initiatives and drive employee engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Significant progressive, senior-level HR experience • Expert experience working within both US and non-US employment laws • Successful track record setting the direction for a functional area and broad enterprise-focused priorities in mission-driven organizations • Commitment to THL’s mission with a focus on culture and individual development • Ability to engage in honest conversations promoting personal and professional growth • Experience in developing and implementing effective systems, policies, and procedures • Collaboration with Senior Leadership Team on organizational needs and talent management strategies
