📋 Description

• Provide remote technical support to the global team • Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and cloud-based applications • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues • Administer network workstations using TCP/IP protocols • Manage system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures • Monitor and optimize network and system performance • Document IT procedures and support requests

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in IT systems and network support • Entry-level candidates with strong skills are also encouraged to apply • Professional English level, written and spoken • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) • Experience with remote IT tools and ticketing systems • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience in cybersecurity or data protection (preferred) • Familiarity with automation or scripting tools (preferred) • Previous experience in international or remote teams (preferred) • Availability for one of the listed schedules, including evening, overnight, weekend, or extended shifts
