📋 Description

• Develop and maintain basic Microsoft 365 Power Automate workflows to support client needs • Assist in creating and deploying Power Apps to streamline business processes • Generate and update reports using the Microsoft 365 Office suite, including Excel • Troubleshoot simple workflow issues and escalate complex challenges to senior team members • Learn and help maximize the client’s customized Microsoft Teams environment to execute deliverables • Participate in delivering virtual demos and training sessions for developed solutions • Perform other job-related duties and follow authorized instructions as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 1+ year of relevant experience • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and Teams • Strong oral and written communication skills • Highly motivated self-starter eager to learn and grow in a remote, team-oriented environment • Familiarity with Power BI and basic data visualization concepts (preferred) • Understanding of process improvement methodologies (preferred) • Ability to perform work in a stationary position at least 50% of the time • Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery consistently during work hours • Ability to communicate and exchange information and ideas in person or virtually through online tools and communication mediums
