📋 Description

• Manage a team of MSLs across the US • Develop and implement medical strategies aligned with overall business objectives • Interpret, communicate, and disseminate complex clinical and scientific data to internal and external stakeholders • Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and external partners • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards • Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams from project initiation through completion • Support the design, execution, and reporting of clinical trials and research studies • Provide medical expertise for regulatory submissions, promotional materials, and educational programs • Identify and address unmet medical needs through evidence generation and strategic insights • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitive landscape • Contribute to professional development and training of team members and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Strong scientific and clinical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Leadership and team management experience • Proficiency in interpreting and disseminating complex clinical data • High level of integrity and commitment to compliance • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills • Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Strong organizational and project management skills • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, preferably in a medical affairs or clinical development role • Demonstrated track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading projects from inception to completion • Demonstrated experience working directly with key opinion leaders and managing external partnerships • Prior experience managing MSLs • Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or medical field is required • Additional certifications or training in clinical research, regulatory affairs, or medical affairs are considered an asset
