📋 Description

• Produce high-quality medical and scientific writing from planning and coordination through final draft delivery • Collaborate with internal and external clients to support effective communication and operational excellence • Create and provide input on routine deliverables, including medical information documents, publications, and clinical study documents • Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, work instructions, quality processes, and document requirements • Assist in determining best practices for optimal results • Support program management activities • Develop timelines and budgets for assigned deliverables • Track assigned deliverables • Occasionally drive to site locations and travel domestically and internationally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • 2+ years of previous relevant experience • Experience working in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry preferred • Experience in scientific writing advantageous • Ability to interpret and present complex data accurately and concisely • Solid medical writing, grammatical, editorial, and proofreading skills • Effective administrative, organizational, and planning skills • Attention to detail and quality • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team • Effective oral and written communication skills • Judgment and decision-making skills • Good computer skills • Proficiency with client templates • Knowledge of document management systems and relevant applications such as Excel and Outlook • Ability to occasionally drive to site locations and travel domestically and internationally
