📋 Description

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for AI/ML, data collection, and software development projects. • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. • Drive E2E QA plans, coordinating with engineering, data science, QAs, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices. • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to internal leadership and external clients. • Ensure compliance with Centific’s data security, privacy, and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. • Minimum 6 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in AI, data, or software development environments. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2). • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
