📋 Description

• Accountable for strategic indication or client-specific portfolio management within a Therapeutic Unit • Provides therapeutic expertise in project delivery execution • Provokes critical thinking in the Project Lead related to delivery operations • Drives the overall strategy development for proposals and pre-proposal opportunities • Communicates with People Manager(s) to support employee development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10-12+ years) • 5+ years of management responsibility • Comprehensive therapeutic area knowledge • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proven flexibility and ability to effectively prioritize workload and resources for project team members in a frequently changing environment • Strong financial acumen with an in-depth of knowledge and practical application of budgeting, forecasting and resource management
