📋 Description

• Analyze client RFPs to identify strategic opportunities for Patient First methodologies • Evaluate study protocols and patient populations to develop tailored, evidence-based patient-centric strategies • Expand access, support diversity, reduce participant burden, and create sustainable engagement • Develop compelling, data-driven proposal content • Present Patient First solutions during bid defenses and strategic discussions • Build cross-functional partnerships to embed Patient First principles across teams • Serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert for clients and internal stakeholders • Guide best practices, influence direction, and promote a patient-first mindset

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 8+ years’ experience in patient recruitment and digital and decentralized solutions, or equivalent education, training, and/or directly related experience • Deep expertise across the full clinical development lifecycle, including patient recruitment strategies and digital and decentralized clinical trial solutions • Experience providing protocol review and consultancy • Strong cross-functional operational leadership • Demonstrated success in the business development cycle, including leadership roles driving growth, strategy, and partnership development • Analytical and solutions-oriented problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex program strategies into practical, actionable plans • Ability to develop compelling arguments for adoption of Patient-First technology solutions • Ability to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people • Ability to work upright and stationary for typical working hours • Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology proficiently • Ability to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities • Qualified candidates must be located in the United States; EST or CST preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening
