• Lead complex clinical research projects from initiation through completion • Ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, budget, and client expectations • Develop client partnerships, anticipate needs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide proactive guidance • Manage project finances, including forecasting, budget oversight, variance analysis, and performance tracking • Coordinate collaboration across Clinical Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, and other internal teams • Review deliverables for scientific accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with client and organizational standards • Supervise, coach, and mentor Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Managers, and other team members • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, visibility, accountability, and quality • Administer policies and procedures affecting team operations and workflow
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience • Up to five years of related experience, including at least one year of leadership responsibility • Advanced knowledge of project management methods and tools • Ability to independently manage multiple complex or multi-registry projects • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Excellent client-facing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities • Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance • Ability to lead, influence, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with project management and financial tracking systems
