• Work closely with commercial leadership to maximize sales representative effectiveness • Determine and solve training needs, developing solutions and reinforcing strategy • Key facilitator of training and coaching for commercial teams • Regularly communicate with Sales Leadership and other key stakeholders • Support enablement and communication efforts across sales teams to drive execution in the field • Facilitate the training and adoption of CRM across the business • Prepare sales representatives by assisting in facilitation of onboarding and all phased training • Continuously refine training needs by traveling with sales representatives • Take ownership of all aspects of stakeholder relationship management • Help to manage the logistical planning and organizing of training activities
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field • Miller Heiman certified trainer, preferred • 5+ years relevant sales and sales training experience • Previous experience of training design with good knowledge of all aspects of the training cycle, education or coaching • Excellent written and oral communication skills with high level of diplomacy • Experience with the CRM tool, Salesforce (SFDC) • Requirement for regular travel across North America
