📋 Description
• install, repair and service chemistry analyzers and instrumentation • Ensure customer needs and expectations are met • Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification and verification of clinical and discrete chemistry analyzers • Maximize analyzer uptime and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Instrumentation • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer • Effective communication skills and establishing good customer rapport • Proven ability to prioritize service requests • Must have the ability to work independently
