đź“‹ Description

• The Lead Statistician works with multi-disciplinary research teams to provide methodological expertise, leadership and strategic support at all stages of projects • Provides guidance to junior and middle level staff or works independently on projects requiring advanced statistical analysis • Draft SAPs for projects that require use of advanced statistical methodologies • Advise junior and middle level staff on methodology and approach on projects • Lead proposal development in familiar project-types

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Biostatistics/Statistics or related field with 4+ years of experience, MSc in Biostatistics/Statistics or related field with 6+ years of experience, or BSc in Biostatistics/Statistics or related field with 8+ years of experience • Strong basis in fundamental statistical concepts and methods, and expertise with techniques such as regression analysis, longitudinal data analysis, parametric and semi-parametric survival analysis, meta-analysis • Practical experience in standard statistical applications in health economics • Familiarity with complex methods • Strong statistical programming skills with standard software, including R and/or STATA/SAS • Ability to communicate analysis plans and results to clients or colleagues who may have limited background in statistics
