📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights that support strategic decision-making • Help manage monthly closing processes, develop forecasts, analyze variances, and prepare business reviews • Work with senior leadership and advance your career while contributing to the mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required • Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are a plus • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills for collaborating in a matrix environment • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines • Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis • Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and process improvement mindset • Strong organizational skills • Business fluency in English; additional languages may be required for specific locations • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets • Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferred • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
