📋 Description

• Prepare proposals, protocols, and reports through internet and literature searches • Conduct literature reviews and abstract data from scientific articles • Participate in and oversee site recruitment, site contracting, IRB submissions, site management, and site training • Track enrollment and scheduling • Manage data, including data entry and review • Assist with data analysis, qualitative code books, coding, and review of quantitative data tables • Conduct one-on-one cognitive interviews and co-moderate focus groups • Compile data collection tools • Extract epidemiological and clinical data • Perform model programming for larger parts of models • Delegate and communicate efficiently within and outside the project team • Assist with financial management • Support implementation of simulation and decision-analytic models assessing healthcare intervention cost-effectiveness • Assist project managers across multiple projects • Draft sections of deliverables, including reports, dossiers, protocols, and spreadsheets • Participate in abstract and manuscript preparation and project proposals • Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting minutes

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in scientific discipline and at least one year of experience in healthcare research; or bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline and at least two years of experience in healthcare research • Coursework in implementation science and/or experience with implementation science studies • An equivalency consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience may be considered sufficient • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Basic understanding of research methods • Basic knowledge of implementation science theories, models, and frameworks and/or behavioral theories, models and frameworks • Ability to multitask • Good communication skills • Problem-solving mindset • Attention to detail • Ability to work well within a team
