đź“‹ Description

• Act as lead data manager for one or more projects • Serve as liaison to the Project Lead and/or client • Apply project protocol components to daily tasks and direct others in applying them • Act as interdepartmental and client liaison for data management study activities • Produce project-specific status reports for management, Project Lead and/or clients • Monitor and analyze study metrics and escalate according to risk management processes • Assist with bid preparation and represent data management at bid defense meetings when required • Assist with forecasting hours and identifying resource requirements • Assist with project budget oversight, identifying potential out-of-scope work and participating in Contract Modification processes • Lead high-volume, highly complex studies • Independently lead and delegate tasks to meet project timelines, quality, and budget • Mentor junior staff on study-related tasks • Assist with administrative and financial oversight for allocated projects • Communicate with management regarding data management activities • Direct and train study teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 5+ years of previous experience comparable to the role • Equivalency through a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience may be considered • Ability to apply knowledge and skills while adhering to regulatory guidelines, SOPs and client expectations • Ability to use interactive computer programs • Strong command of English language and grammar • Good written/verbal communication, organizational, analytical/problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to maintain confidentiality with clinical and proprietary data • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills • Ability to direct and train study teams • Ability to act as a study or department expert for data management processes • Ability to support project resourcing and timeline planning and adherence • Occasional travel, including domestic and international travel, and drives to site locations
