📋 Description

• Manage and provide direct oversight for a portfolio of projects for key clients • Maintain accountability for overall project and portfolio performance • Identify resources, budget projects, and prioritize client portfolios in alignment with site-wide projects • Serve as the primary operational interface and chief liaison between PPD, sponsors, clients, and internal departments • Negotiate and make real-time decisions with clients • Coordinate client portfolios and ensure project requirements are understood, agreed, and followed • Facilitate information flow among laboratories, sponsors, and non-technical stakeholders • Consult laboratory management and technical staff on project management • Ensure sponsor authorization and sign-off on current documents and verify contracts before service delivery • Monitor budgets, forecast and recognize revenue, and submit and follow up on contract modifications • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and data-transfer timelines • Review project documentation and coordinate procedural and budgetary changes • Secure cross-functional commitments to close gaps and resolve issues • Manage day-to-day project activities, resolve issues, and answer queries • Understand protocol language and translate it into internal systems and processes • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 5+ years of comparable experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including a drug screening • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Strong science and/or business acumen • Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills • Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment • Extensive knowledge and experience in project management • Strong client relationship management skills • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with client information and data • Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced undefined environment • Strong negotiation skills • Availability to work Monday–Friday, approximately 8 AM–5 PM
