📋 Description

• Support the development and continuous improvement of Corporate Regulatory Affairs’ regulatory intelligence processes, tools, technologies and operating model • Monitor, capture and assess regulatory and policy developments using risk-based criteria to determine business impact, implementation considerations and escalation needs • Evaluate, select and optimise regulatory intelligence tools, digital solutions and external information providers • Maintain visibility of priority regulatory developments, implementation milestones and emerging trends • Translate complex regulatory and policy information into clear, actionable intelligence and coordinate dissemination through governance and communication channels • Track priority developments and maintain regulatory intelligence dashboards, metrics and trend analyses • Monitor regulatory policy developments in priority markets • Coordinate briefing materials, impact assessments, consultation responses and policy analyses • Capture and synthesise insights from regulatory agencies, industry associations, policy forums, conferences and other external engagements • Support preparation for senior external interactions • Identify emerging regulatory risks, opportunities and cross-cutting trends affecting compliance, market access, business operations or strategic priorities • Provide regulatory intelligence and analysis for enterprise risk discussions, strategic planning and business reviews • Partner with Business Q&RA, Government Relations and Corporate functions to promote awareness, prioritisation and enterprise alignment • Contribute to continuous improvement of regulatory intelligence practices, capabilities and enterprise knowledge sharing • Operate under the direction of the Senior Director, Corporate Regulatory Affairs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ related experience, or an advanced degree with 6 years’ related experience • Experience in regulatory intelligence, regulatory affairs, regulatory policy, government affairs, public policy or a related discipline within a global organisation • Experience monitoring, assessing and communicating regulatory developments and potential business impact • Strong understanding of regulatory intelligence principles, methodologies and information sources • Strong digital mindset, including experience using technology, AI-enabled tools or data-driven approaches • Experience analysing complex regulatory, legislative or policy developments and translating implications into practical business insights • Experience working across functions and stakeholders in a matrix environment • Strong analytical skills and sound judgement in assessing regulatory significance, business impact and prioritisation • Experience preparing briefing materials, analyses, presentations or written communications for management audiences • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including simplifying complex information • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, chemistry, biology, engineering, regulatory affairs, law, public policy, environmental science or a related field • Experience with industry associations, regulatory agencies or policy forums preferred • Advanced degree, regulatory certification or relevant professional credential preferred • Regional and international travel may be required
