It combines a proprietary AI-driven member platform, private communities, and curated in-person/virtual events to help leaders make faster, better decisions through peer expertise.

📋 Description

• Own The Suite’s business systems stack and set its roadmap • Set and enforce standards for internal tools, automations, and agents • Audit Airtable systems and decide what to keep, improve, migrate, or rebuild • Map and improve cross-functional processes • Reduce redundant tools, duplicate automations, unnecessary notifications, and non-essential meetings • Lead the Business Operations team, including IT helpdesk, Airtable maintenance, vendor management, and process documentation • Lead a company-wide email deliverability remediation plan • Partner with Engineering to build and maintain a unified data layer across HubSpot, Postgres, Airtable, and other sources • Own The Suite’s AI Transformation and Enablement program • Lead the cross-functional AI Enablement team • Support deployment and retirement of team-built AI automations and agents

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and running business systems at scale, ideally in SaaS or high-growth companies • Hands-on expertise with a modern operations stack, such as HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier, n8n, Google Workspace, Ramp, and Chargebee • Experience building AI agents and helping others build them • Experience piloting internal AI initiatives and putting them into regular use is required • Track record of auditing complex automation environments, retiring technical debt, and setting documentation and tool standards • Deep knowledge of email deliverability infrastructure and best practices • Experience combining multiple data sources into unified reporting, for example from HubSpot, Postgres, and Airtable • Experience leading operations teams and driving change across functions • Strategic thinking and clear communication • Legally authorized to work in the United States
