📋 Description

• Teach math up to Pre-Algebra using Think Academy's curriculum, lesson materials, and instructional guidance • Lead virtual classes of approximately 18 students • Create a positive, high-expectation learning environment • Grade homework and provide timely feedback • Communicate professionally with students and parents about progress and learning plans • Participate in training, lesson preparation, and ongoing professional development • Teach approximately 3–6 classes per week, totaling 6–12 teaching hours • Complete grading, preparation, and parent communication during administrative hours • Maintain a total commitment of 30–40 hours per week

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university • Strong math foundation, comfortable with Pre-Algebra or above • Math, STEM-related, or Education majors preferred • Available during the stated class windows • Available on at least one weekend day • Passion for teaching and supporting student growth • Strong communication skills • Strong service mindset and comfort initiating communication with parents, students, and the team • Open to feedback, self-reflective, and able to quickly adjust teaching and service approach • Tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or classroom teaching experience is a plus • Math competition background (e.g., AMC, Math Kangaroo) is a plus • Commitment to at least one year of consistent teaching schedule • Must be based in the U.S.
