📋 Description

• Manage documentation, request processing, training, and assigned projects • Support the development, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines • Maintain and document security testing, report results, and support remediation • Research emerging risks, threats, vulnerabilities, capabilities, and solution options • Support enterprise cybersecurity incident management and response, including monitoring, investigation, follow-up, and root-cause determination • Evaluate security alerts from internal systems, vendors, and industry sources • Support user access reviews and identity and access management monitoring • Create, interpret, and monitor IT general controls documentation with IT control owners • Coordinate with third-party managed security service providers for system testing and monitoring • Review threat intelligence and suggest security posture enhancements • Support internal and external auditors and address audit recommendations • Monitor and analyze security events across on-premises and cloud environments • Identify system vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation strategies • Protect PCI data and cloud infrastructure • Assist end users with security-related support tickets

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience upon hire • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Defender, and Office 365 security controls • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Guidelines for Safeguarding Member Information, and PCI/Data Security Standard • Knowledge of NIST and ISO industry frameworks • Ability to evaluate IT controls, including PCI DSS, security, and privacy policies and standards • Demonstrable knowledge of cybersecurity risks and relevant techniques and tools • Strong analytical skills and ability to relate requirements to appropriate security controls • Experience in vulnerability testing • Ability to plan and implement ongoing testing and monitoring programs • Knowledge of IT operational infrastructure, including business continuity • Ability to handle confidential information and detailed workloads • Ability to work intuitively and independently; audit, analyze, and organize tasks and projects • Ability to interact with personnel at all levels and across business units and organizations • Ability to comprehend complex business initiatives • Working knowledge of security event management, vulnerability assessment, and intrusion detection monitoring tools, including cloud offerings • Ability to meet the stated physical and environmental working-condition requirements • Ability to move objects up to 15 pounds and perform prolonged sitting or standing, repetitive hand/finger motions, typing, verbal communication, hearing, document inspection, and ordinary visual-acuity tasks
