📋 Description

• Coordinate Epic SER provider master file initiatives, including provider record creation, maintenance, validation, reconciliation, and optimization • Support project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and communication across multiple stakeholder groups • Collaborate with Medical Staff Offices, academic departments, credentialing, provider enrollment, clinical operations, and IT teams • Review and validate provider demographic, organizational, departmental, specialty, and affiliation information within Epic • Identify and resolve duplicate, inconsistent, incomplete, or outdated provider records • Support provider onboarding, transfers, status changes, and offboarding processes • Coordinate provider data flow between source departments and Epic applications • Establish standardized workflows for provider information management with operational and technical teams • Support provider data conversion, mapping, reconciliation, testing, and validation for implementation or optimization projects • Monitor project deliverables, communicate dependencies, and escalate barriers to leadership • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and provider data governance recommendations • Support system testing, implementation readiness, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization • Serve as a connection between operational departments and technical teams to ensure provider records and workflows support clinical, administrative, and strategic needs

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated project management or project coordination experience within healthcare IT, provider operations, or Epic-related initiatives • Hands-on experience with Epic SER provider master file processes and provider data management • SER (Provider Master File) credentialed Provider Administration badge • Experience collaborating with Medical Staff Offices, credentialing departments, and academic or physician practice administration • Strong understanding of provider master data, data integrity, validation, and operational workflows • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving technical and nontechnical stakeholders • Familiarity with provider lifecycle processes, including onboarding, credentialing, organizational changes, and termination • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment • Preferred: Epic certification or proficiency relevant to SER master file management, Cadence, or related Epic applications • Preferred: Experience supporting academic medical centers, physician groups, or large integrated health systems • Preferred: Knowledge of provider credentialing, privileging, and medical staff administration • Preferred: Experience with Epic provider record conversions, system implementations, or data standardization projects • Preferred: Familiarity with provider scheduling, referral routing, clinical department structures, and downstream Epic applications • Preferred: Experience establishing or improving provider master data governance processes • Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or another project management credential
