📋 Description

• Design and stand up client Centers of Excellence for change, including governance, playbooks, and role definitions • Coach line managers to lead their teams through continuous, overlapping shifts • Develop scalable, self-service change playbooks, toolkits, and templates • Apply OCM theories and models, including Prosci and ADKAR, to develop and conduct assessments and plans • Analyze change impacts across processes, systems, culture, and people • Identify affected stakeholders and understand their needs, concerns, and influence • Support digital transformation roadmaps and lead defined workstreams • Provide change management guidance to project teams and business partners • Design and track behavioral adoption, productivity, and business KPI metrics • Use data and analytics to demonstrate behavioral change and identify stalled adoption • Establish stakeholder feedback mechanisms and recommend evidence-based strategy adjustments • Track KPIs, surveys, and reports measuring business value realization beyond go-live • Build financial and business-case components, including cost/benefit and ROI/TCO inputs • Use enterprise AI tools for communications drafting, sentiment analysis, and impact/stakeholder mapping • Manage assigned deliverables and support enterprise change and digital transformation engagements • Communicate with multiple stakeholder groups, including senior leadership • Facilitate team meetings and presentations • Structure workstream sub-problems into analytical workplans and develop hypotheses • Develop understanding of project economics, including billing rates, utilization, and margin structure • Informally coach Associates • Contribute reusable practice-building content, thought leadership, proposals, and pursuits • Identify follow-on opportunities and surface client needs to engagement leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent, relevant Organizational Change Management (OCM) or enterprise transformation experience • 2–5 years of overall professional experience consistent with AHEAD's Consultant capability tier • Demonstrated success delivering client services in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment • Experience supporting organizational change efforts of varying scale and complexity • Demonstrated ability to own a discrete deliverable or workstream with limited supervision • Demonstrated ability to informally coach or support junior team members • Prosci certification required • Strong understanding of change management fundamentals and enterprise change capability-building • Ability to design and stand up scalable change capability, including Centers of Excellence, self-service playbooks, and manager-led practices • Ability to define and track outcome- and value-based metrics and connect change adoption to business results • Working proficiency with enterprise AI tools for communications drafting, sentiment analysis, and impact/stakeholder mapping • Proficiency in the Prosci ADKAR methodology • Strong project management, critical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and information-structuring skills • Ability to support digital transformation roadmapping and lead defined initiative workstreams • Working knowledge of project economics, including billing rates, utilization, and margin • Client relationship management and business acumen • Executive presence and polished presentation skills • Analytical and structured problem-solving skills • Effective time management and prioritization across multiple workstreams • Collaborative teaming skills • Informal coaching and feedback skills • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and enterprise AI tools • Adaptability and sound judgment • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed, approximately 25%
