• 2+ years of inside sales or BDR experience • Near-native English fluency with a neutral accent • Experience selling to US-based businesses • Comfortable making high-volume calls daily • Ability to work US Eastern or Central business hours • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace • Reliable 50+ Mbps internet connection and professional VOIP setup • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
