📋 Description

• Investigate the built environment, uncover hidden issues, and provide independent expert analysis of a variety of design and construction disputes. • Lead and help coordinate forensic investigations, providing consultation and expert witness services, and preparing and delivering technical papers. • Monitor team performance and metrics including utilization, job status, billable hours, and marketing. • Delegate incoming assignments after careful review of which expert’s skillset best fits the job being assigned. • Manage team quality and execution by providing technical and managerial guidance regarding methodology, analysis, supporting documentation, client interaction, and deliverable production. • Audit own work products and work products of others to assure quality. • Organize case documents; create and maintain hard copy and electronic libraries for documents and retrieve documents from libraries as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in architecture and a minimum of one professional architectural or engineering license. • Candidate must be able to obtain licensure in multiple state jurisdictions. • Minimum 10+ years field experience in the design industry. • Prefer established professional experience in Design Management, Document Production, CAD and Revit experience, Construction Administration, Contracts, and Client Management. • Must have excellent technical writing skills. • Experience working collaboratively with and leading teams. • Ability to work independently and remotely, and travel for client work when needed.
