📋 Description

• Support several experts on various construction consulting projects • Provide support for construction claims and dispute resolution • Conduct delay and disruption analysis • Conduct construction labor productivity analysis • Prepare and analyze claims and change orders • Conduct construction defect analysis and standard-of-care analyses • Support expert witness testimony and discovery services • Use relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop solutions • Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets, and project files • Research and analyze literature and data from public, industry, client, and commercial sources • Audit work products for quality • Organize and maintain case document libraries • Perform detailed schedule analysis to determine critical-path delays and non-critical construction impacts • Collaborate with the team to meet client deadlines and quality expectations

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with a focus in engineering or construction management • Minimum ten (10+) years field experience in the construction industry • Experience with cost estimating, change order pricing, preparing time requests, and/or managing claims preferred • Experience developing, preparing, maintaining, updating, reviewing, and analyzing schedules using P6, MSP, and other scheduling platforms • Excellent technical writing skills • Experience working collaboratively with and leading teams • Ability to work independently and remotely • Ability to travel for client work when needed • Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
