📋 Description

• Support several experts on various construction consulting projects • Provide support in construction claims and dispute resolution • Perform construction claims and disputes services • Conduct delay and disruption analysis • Conduct construction labor productivity analysis • Prepare and analyze claims and change orders • Conduct construction defect analysis and standard-of-care assessments • Support expert witness testimony and discovery services • Use relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop solutions • Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets, and project files • Perform detailed research and analysis using literature, industry resources, and databases • Audit own and others' work products for quality • Organize and maintain hard-copy and electronic case-document libraries • Perform detailed schedule analysis to determine the source, magnitude, and cause of construction project delays and impacts • Collaborate with the team to meet client deadlines and quality expectations

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with a focus in engineering or construction management; MS or MBA is highly preferred • Minimum ten (10+) years field experience in the construction industry • Experience with cost estimating, change order pricing, prepared time requests, and/or managing claims preferred • Experience developing, preparing, maintaining, updating, reviewing, and analyzing schedules using P6, MSP, and other scheduling platforms • Excellent technical writing skills • Experience working collaboratively with and leading teams • Ability to work independently and remotely, and travel for client work when needed • Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
