📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day activities of BRG's Corporate Finance - Transaction Advisory client service teams • Assist in identifying issues for purchase price adjustments and potential deal structuring insights • Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills • Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a consulting or professional services environment • Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, particularly in Excel • Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong problem solving and project management skills • CFA, CPA (or equivalent), or technical/GAAP accounting expertise is a plus • Willingness to travel up to 25% when/if needed
